Shipping Policy:

• We ship all our orders via UPS (United Parcel Service) ground only in USA and USPS (United States Postal Service) to Canada.
• Orders received before 4:30 P.M (EST) on business days will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 4:30 P.M (EST) and on weekends will be shipped the following business day. (Business Day refers to Monday – Friday excluding Holidays).
• A Flat Rate shipping charge of $10 with a minimum purchase of $125 will be applied per order.
• Additional shipping charges will be applied to ship for each additional addresses on a single order.

Return Policy:

We want you to be satisfied with all your purchases made at Aaron International. Please note: All sales are final. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help you smooth your returns.

• You may return most new unused items within 15 days of delivery for exchange only.
• If you are not satisfied with the merchandise, please contact us as soon as you receive your package. We will not accept exchanges after 15 days of delivery.
• All items returning must be in its original condition. Any item worn or altered will be refused for exchange.
• Contact us at 1-800-487-8342 or email us at support@aaroninternational.com to get a Return Authorization before sending any item back.
• Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping charges. Please include $10 for shipping with your return.
• We will contact you once we receive your return for an exchange.
